The Association presidency shall be rotated on the basis of the alphabetical order of the names of the states represented by the members of the Association.

With the support of the Venice Commission, the World Conference on Constitutional Justice was established as a permanent body which aims at promoting constitutional justice and human rights, as well as facilitating a judicial  dialogue between constitutional judges on a global scale.

Summer School onConstitutional and Human Rights Law was for the first time held in 2008. Since then, the School has been preparing the  successful specialists in various fields of Law. Majority of them occupy leading positions in public as well as private sector
