Judge Tulkens lectured to Georgian students
On July 15, 2010 Judge Tulkens, European Court of Human Rights, President of the Section II, International Expert in Criminal Law lectured to the students of the Summer School.
Judge Tulkens gave an overview of the current trends and practice of the European Court of Human Rights. She talked about the leading cases and precedent decisions of the court.
The lecture of Judge Tulkens was useful for Georgian students since she chairs the court section in which discusses the cases against Georgia. The students had an opportunity to ask questions about legal issues of their interest and find out Judge Tulkens’ opinions.
