 Born on September 15, 1976 in Lanchkhuti.

Graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law (1998), with specialty of Law.

In 1999 took a Qualification Exam of Assistant to Judge.

In 2004 took a Qualification Exam for the personnel of the General Prosecutor’s Office and in 2006 took a Judge Qualification Exam.

During 1999-2003 was the Head of Guria Service dealing with Local Bodies at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia.

During 2003-2004 was the Head of the Directorate for Reviewing Legal Issues and Complaints at District Taxation Inspection of Ozurgeti.

During 2004-2005 was the Deputy Head of the Directorate for Reviewing Legal Issues and Complaints at District Taxation Inspection of Poti.  

During 2005-2006 was the Head of the Directorate for Reviewing Legal Issues and Complaints at Tbilisi Tax Inspection.

In 2006 worked as a Consultant at the Department of Disciplinary Administration of Justice at High Council of Justice of Georgia.           

During 2006-2010 worked as a Chief Advisor at the Department of Legal Research and Provision at the Constitutional Court of Georgia.

During 2010-2014 was a Deputy Head of the Department of Legal Research and Provision at the Constitutional Court of Georgia.

During 2014-2016 was the Head of the Department of Legal Research and Provision at the Constitutional Court of Georgia.

On September 20, 2016 was appointed as the member of the Constitutional Court of Georgia under the Ruling N 20/PL of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Georgia. He started to exercise the authority of the Judge on October 2, 2016 from the day of oath-taking.

On November 2, 2016 was elected as the Vice President of the Constitutional Court of Georgia by the Plenum of the Constitutional Court of Georgia.

Has a good command of Russian and English Languages.

Has a spouse and one child.
