Visit of the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Georgia and the Consul General in Batumi at the Constitutional Court of Georgia
Today, the President of the Constitutional Court of Georgia Mr. Revaz Nadaraia hosted the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Georgia Mr. Ashot Smbatyan, the Consul General of the Republic of Armenia in Batumi, Mrs. Narine Matosyan and representatives of the Armenian Embassy.
During this introductory meeting, the parties discussed historically established friendly relations between two countries. It was noted that the cooperation between the Constitutional Courts of Georgia and Armenia contributes to the exchange of best practices in the field of Constitutional Justice and deepens the legal dialogue between two nations.
Within the framework of the meeting, the parties also discussed prospects for future cooperation, including the possibility of organizing a working visit by a delegation of the Constitutional Court of Georgia to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia, which will further strengthen the collaboration between two courts.
