A Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Constitutional Court of Georgia and the Central University of Europe

Today, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Constitutional Court of Georgia and the Central University of Europe, which was signed by the President of the Constitutional Court Mr. Revaz Nadaraia and the Rector of the University Mr. Gocha Tutberidze.

The aim of the Memorandum is to cooperate in the area of legal issues of actual significance within mutual interest of the parties through implementation of joint events, projects and initiatives. The Memorandum also considers organization of working meetings, seminars, conferences and public lectures within its framework.

The event was held at the Constitutional Court and was attended by the Justices and staff members of the Court, as well as the representatives and students of the Central University of Europe.

Upon completion of signing the Memorandum the Deputy Head of the Department of Legal Provision and Research and Editor of the Scientific Journal of the Constitutional Court of Georgia Professor Beka Kantaria delivered a lecture on the topic: “The Silhouettes of Constitutional Review in Georgian Constitutionalism” to the students.
